Lead Roofing in Romford

Above left, a very old pvc corrugated roof, which is now beyond repair, above left the new roof we fitted to the conservatory, which is Filon, a fibreglass reinforced material. We also fitted a new white u.p.v.c fascia and a black gutter system.
 
Also the flashing details to both sides are black pvc coated galvanised steel and the cover flashing from the house dressed over the new sheeting is Ubiflex, which is a new lead replacement material. The colour we have used in this instance is black, but there are a few colours available.
 
Below left, this is a Filon skylight we fitted in with the anti condensation steel sheeting we fitted to a garage.

We also fited the plastic coated galvanised steel flashings to the vertiacal corners and the high level barge boards.
